You and Michelle head to the staircase on the far left. The door has been barred, but Michelle kicks it in with almost no effort and you both go upstairs.

You are now both on the second floor. You pass the patient room with the hidden vent; there is no sign of the monster inside. You continue toward the laundry room, where Dr. Finch was last seen.

Michelle places a hand on your shoulder. You pause. You almost didn't hear it.

A faint shuffling, or tapping, in the ceiling. Like something small walking around.
