You ask what all Fuse and Caius acquired.

"We got..." Fuse begins, "a couple of digital cameras, a flatscreen TV/monitor, a couple of machetes, rope, a tranq gun, some pipes and metal scraps... I think that's it?"

"A whole bunch o' level," Caius adds.

"Oh, yeah," Fuse says with a slight chuckle. "When I'm trying to figure out what somebody's selling, I always start by asking about level... 'cuz anybody selling anything is selling level, too. We had to do some shopping around, so uhhh... we ended up with a lot of drugs."

You ask Fuse if he could track Jury's phone.

"I could take a shot at it," he says. "People come out with phone tracking apps all the time, but then phone companies up their security... so hackers get around that security, then phone companies defend against the new method, and so on. Might be easy, if the winds are blowing right."

You and Michelle tell Caius and Fuse about the thing on the other side of Bunker C.

"Holy shit," Fuse says.

"F'real," Caius says, "that's some creepy stuff. I bet we could get through tha door if we hit it hard enough, but--"

"I don't know if we'd want to," Fuse finishes. "We might have enough on our plate without letting that... thing out."

You change your blood alarm to alert you if Macland's body is moved.

It is currently the evening, quickly approaching night.

Dang, I wasn't expecting we'd actually be able to get our hands on a tranq gun! What's the deal with the ammo situation for it? Can we reuse the darts?

They got more than one machete! And a tranq gun! XD Nice job, guys. You picked up good stuff.

(It's interesting to note that Fuse does a lot of casual drugs, but doesn't seem to be sporting a particular addiction or withdrawal symptoms. Unless he's actually been doing drugs this whole time and we just didn't notice XD;;;;)

Dr. Finch got left out of our Bunker C retelling! D: Oh well, I guess we can let him know later. He hates Bunker C already so I guess this would just intensify his hate of it anyway XD

I'd like to suggest let's start with tracking Jury's phone now. I think the blood plant room can wait until we do that, since we're concerned.

If it's possible to know where Jury works based on what she told us, then sending a raven to check that area out to double down on our checking while Fuse attempts to locate Jury's phone sounds like a plan, too.

I'm guessing the drugs Fuse does are on the same level as cigarettes. You may recall that he flipped out after trying Queen and swore off the stuff after one time; so he probably sticks to low addiction/side-effects stuff.

We have to put together some sort of car/tank to move the camera around with anyway so we can look into the Jury situation first (and the plant room isn't going anywhere... I hope).

Ah... but the prior talk does make me think... we might be able to make money by... well... making drugs of some kind.

It'd be good practice for us if we can do something of that sort, and it would earn us some income, in case we have to stay low longer than our income allows.

mmm... but it's drugs. so... That's not good. Unless.... we make some kind of alternate drug that works a tad differently? Hm.

Actually, what I'd like to ask Mom's Red once it gets established is what the "Family business," was exactly. Saying you do the stock market is a very nice way of saying, "I have nothing physical you can track and I do all my work at home so you can't question why I never go out on business either."
If he really DID do the stock market then that's that. But it'd be good to confirm from mom's Red (as well as maybe find out if there was a secret for why dad was so good at it).

Time sure does fly. Since the boys just got back from shopping and Fuse needs to work on the Jury tracking, want to take Michelle and go get burgers for dinner? We can do raven tracking while Michelle drives (I suggest we go with her so we don't have to worry and split focus between her and the raven).

Also if Caius doesn't need a rest and if Dr. Finch isn't too busy, maybe they can work on a rig for the cambot.

Ok, this is a good time for whoever commentator it was that wanted those specific supplies a dozen updates ago to pipe up about their plan for this stuff.

Good to see, good to hear.

Try to blood one of the cameras and see how that works.
If it works, combine it with some bloody bandages for our first proper blood-golem.

The pipes and scraps can go in a pile for the minute, as putting those to use will take a while.
And a good deal of blood.

Ah, good, good, we've got a nice amount of useful stuff, I see. Rope as well, even. Blooding that'll be fun. ...Though, as tempting as the idea of equipping a bloody rope to make ourselves look horrifying is a, we do only have the one length as it is, so that should probably wait 'til we get more. That, and I'm not sure where we'd get a shrine maiden outfit to complete the look, but y'know. One thing at a time.

My arcane shitposting aside, ah... Hrm. I'm thinkin' of goin' with Rufi's suggestion of starting with tracking Jury's phone. That seems like our most immediately important concern, anyways.
Dragon_ANGL 10th Nov 2017, 10:33 AM edit delete reply, for the tranq gun. Ammo for that - not only syringes filled with our blood, but perhaps also somehow fill ammo for it with Level? Level isn't good for combat situations - so if we go up against stuff that we'd need a whole lot of blood for that we don't have, just pump a whole lot of Level into it instead?
Blue_Elite 10th Nov 2017, 5:54 PM edit delete reply
I may be wrong about this but every time we've seen Level it was smoked so I'm thinking it's like canibus and a solid substance.
It might not work as an injectable.

Though on that note we can theoretically make a smoke bomb out of Level. The downside being it's very hard to control/predict smoke and if we breath it in, we'll pretty much be unable run unless we figure out a way to blood-counter Level.
Auron 10th Nov 2017, 7:21 PM edit delete reply
That's an awesome idea. A level smoke bomb could take out all attackers really quickly. remember Jane learned how to counter level so that's a thing we can do to anyone on our side who gets hit.
