You try to buzz Grizwald again. No luck.

You briefly discuss the logistics of purchasing a bio printer with your group. Dr. Finch says that they're fairly expensive, normally--but he suggests that, perhaps, you could find an older model in one of the bunkers. It may not be ideal, but you could probably make it work with some effort.

"Worst case scenario, we can just steal one," Fuse says. "I'm sure your hospital wasn't the only one half demolished by the Tobu incident... might be a few places worth looting in the middle tiers."

Once Michelle gets out of the shower, you grab a new set of clothes, a towel, and go take a shower yourself. Afterward, you take a third try at buzzing Grizwald.

He notices the needle shaking in his pocket this time. He retrieves it, and you

realize that you don't know Morse code.

You run into the lab area, frantically asking Michelle about Morse code. She laughs, and the two of you slowly buzz a message to Grizwald. Luckily, he seems to know Morse code, though your lack of perception through the syringe makes it hard to hear what he's saying in reply. He eventually tells you that he's heading back to the arcade, and if you need to talk you can meet him there--he says he'll be there a while "updating his stuff."

Finally, you step outside, swipe the newly crafted third key card, and send your rat into Bunker C.

OMG I want my MS DOS bio-printer to come true PLEEEASE XD

And omg we finally took a shower, this gives me much relief and joy XD

Also what gave me joy is Jane realising she didn't know Morse code and running in a panic to Michelle XDDD what a cute silly button lololol

Hmmm, we can meet Grizwald at the arcade, huh. Well, we might be able to pretty soon, since there really isn't anything to look at in Bunker C, other than down. Do we hear or smell anything? If we peek over the edge, do we see anything in the darkness? (Proooobably not but it's worth a shot, right)

Deadly Death Sickle
If we have a raven that's not doing anything we could try sending it to bunker C, and bring back Willard, and give him another cracker. And than hug everyone and thank them for everything they've done to help us. Also, maybe see how fuse's burns are, I think he's been a mummy long enough, lol
Morgenstern 6th Oct 2017, 10:18 PM edit delete reply
Ravens are currently:
1.) Hanging around Macland's house
2.) Hanging around the protagonist's house
3.) Hanging around the street that the bunker door (exterior) is at
Steve 6th Oct 2017, 10:22 PM edit delete reply
We aren't going home for a while, we can bring that one back. I don't know if we need to keep an eye on Macky right now... but we might have a new post for that one later.

also, are our birds well fed?
Morgenstern 6th Oct 2017, 10:26 PM edit delete reply
They still do normal bird things, they just try to do it within range of their patrol spot, and while being seen as little as possible by humans. They do alright, food-wise, in part because there's not much competition.

Could we set a blood alarm for each of the ravens and the rat to go off when they are hungry, cause, at some point the ravens will run out of food in that area, and the rat doesn't exactly have a food bowl
Steve 6th Oct 2017, 10:36 PM edit delete reply
I think as long as we keep paying attention to our animal friends, they should be fine, so we won't have to waste our blood alarm on them.

Still though, I just have a soft spot for certain animals, like birbs and mice
Steve 6th Oct 2017, 10:40 PM edit delete reply
And that's exactly why I don't think we need to set up an alarm, your constant worry and empathy towards them will probably keep our animal friends well taken care of.

Deadly Death Sickle
So we should get a bunny then.
Steve 6th Oct 2017, 10:53 PM edit delete reply
I understand your desire, but I'm pretty sure Jane prefers cats. Can we get a check on Jane's favorite animals?
Deadly Death Sickle 6th Oct 2017, 10:56 PM edit delete reply
Deadly Death Sickle

We should get one that looks like this

Kitty 7th Oct 2017, 12:20 AM edit delete reply
Unfortunately we can only set one blood alarm at a time. Maybe with practice we'll eventually be able to do more, but I imagine it will take a while to develop the ability that far. So even if we wanted to set an alarm when an animal is hungry, we could only do that for *one* of our animals.
Steve 6th Oct 2017, 10:17 PM edit delete reply
OK, Willard, down the hole.

Not really, but this might just be the perfect place to plant Lil-Red.

Thanks Michelle.

Can we like, get a raven, give it a glowstick, and send it down Bunker C's bottomless pit?

All right, Lil-Red, down the hole.
Steve 6th Oct 2017, 10:18 PM edit delete reply
Also, is it just me, or is Jane's hair starting to loose it's dye a bit?
rufiangel 6th Oct 2017, 10:29 PM edit delete reply
That's a super astute observation! :O I think you're right!
Akasha 6th Oct 2017, 10:31 PM edit delete reply
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing as well, actually. Though, I wasn't sure if it was the fact her hair was starting to slowly return to its natural color or just a trick of the lighting or something. Would make sense if it the dyejob was starting to fade away given that she just came out of the shower, tho.
Steve 6th Oct 2017, 10:38 PM edit delete reply
If we need to, we can just get some dye from a store. Also, am I the only person who thinks that we should never let Finch dye his hair back to a solid color?
rufiangel 6th Oct 2017, 10:49 PM edit delete reply
@Steve: I'm pretty sure if we put it up to vote, not a single one in the current party would vote for him to dye his hair back XD Caius called the grey 'distinguished' after all lolol
Akasha 6th Oct 2017, 10:29 PM edit delete reply
Yeah you two are summing up my thoughts on what to do pretty nicely. Just promptly move on to bunker D after the smell/hear/peek tests are done. Most I can hope is that Willard just doesn't spontaneously fall up when we check it out.
Archon 6th Oct 2017, 10:50 PM edit delete reply
Yeaaah, were going to have to come back to this one later.
I mean, it could just be trash disposal but this looks pretty deep for just trash.
hand 6th Oct 2017, 11:43 PM edit delete reply
You suck, bunker C! Why couldn't you be an armory? What the hell even are you, the place Z50 dumped corpses the didn't want anyone finding?
Also Michelle's new pants blend in to the bunker making her legs kinda hard to see.
Steve 6th Oct 2017, 11:45 PM edit delete reply
I, for one, found the door to the bottomless pit hilarious. Bunker C is the best Bunker. What would you think if this was the first one we found a way into?
Varil1024 6th Oct 2017, 11:53 PM edit delete reply
So, uh...I know we're all amused at the bottomless pit, but anyone else wonder if this might have stored something big once? We know of at least one really big thing that can decide to just get up and leave if it wants.
Akasha 7th Oct 2017, 12:09 AM edit delete reply
Oh, no, we're well aware of the fact that this may potentially be a good place for our red friend to settle down in. It's just that we'll be wantin' to do some bird reconnaissance (Which is for birds) to see if there's anything particularly notable and/or nasty down there first.
Memo 7th Oct 2017, 12:04 AM edit delete reply
It could still be storing something big.. or several somethings.
I'm thinking we should get a small cheap helicopter drone thing, with a camera and a flashlight, and send it down the hole.
Memo 7th Oct 2017, 12:06 AM edit delete reply
But that would have to be later, for now, onwards to bunker D
Steve 7th Oct 2017, 12:08 AM edit delete reply
or a Raven with a glowstick
AlphaDragon 7th Oct 2017, 12:11 AM edit delete reply
Memo suggested a Drone... not sure what the state of drones is here, or how that would work with whatever wormhole type tech they are using. But it sounds like a good plan.
Should probably also get back together with Griswald.

The idea of putting Baby Red here may not be the worst idea ever...
Baeronius 7th Oct 2017, 12:19 AM edit delete reply
Ah, so we found a dock of some kind.

I mean clearly there was something supposed to push against the door here for the area, but it's a huge empty space.

So it's a dock... but for what? Boat? Spaceship? Staircase?
Cuttlefish 7th Oct 2017, 12:32 AM edit delete reply
Gotta be a rocket/spacecraft silo, right? These were the alien hunters after all.
