You take a moment to check on your animals.

You have one raven watching Macland Row's house. It is currently on alert, and you will be informed if anyone walks into or out of the home. There are occasional movements by the windows, but you can't make out who is inside.

One of your ravens is keeping watch over your own house. You do not see anything unusual happening from its perspective.

Your third raven is out and about doing raven things. It was watching the motel where you spoke with Jury, but it is now freed up and not doing anything important in particular.

You check your rat, who is still in your house. Nothing unusual going on inside.

You begin trying to detect anything that contains your blood.

You detect one remaining vial in Dr. Finch's home, stashed away in a cabinet and buried under other equipment.

You detect a capped syringe full of your blood. It is being kept somewhere dark--likely the one in Grizwald's pocket. You can faintly hear voices--two female, one male. They're difficult to make out, as you can't sense very well through the syringe. You strain, trying to at least discern who they are, or if they're familiar. One sounds like Gesenai Shirai. One sounds like Knox, Macland's guard. The third voice, female, is vaguely... slightly familiar, but you can't quite put your finger on it. You believe you've heard the voice before, though.

You're not sure where Grizwald is, but he isn't moving. He may be listening in on a conversation between the three.

what the hell is grizwald doing anywhere near shirai and knox? i'd bet the third voice is thale's secretary, the one he was speaking through on the phone to macland. the problem is, we don't know where shirai and knox are. chances are, macland's house, but we don't know for sure and the five of us aren't in any position to go storming the place. i guess maybe we'll just have to keep an eye on the situation? hopefully grizwald is fine and just creeping on them from a vent somewhere. he hasn't been caught yet... hopefully he won't be caught now?

i agree, i think it's probably the chick Mac was on the phone with. can we do a quick Cleantex check? like, for 1 instant to see if it matches up?

A cleantex check might not be a bad idea... but rather than waste the trip lets grab some paper and something to write with and jot down the phone numbers.
Oh and once the computer is up how about have fuse do a ping trace and see if he can figure out where we are at by that.

I still believe we should have someone go pick up our rat, and then let it explore that hole in the wall.
Also, Grizwald is still alive and snooping. Yay!

Talking with Jury was recent enough her voice would be recognized. I don't think we've heard the reporter's voice, right? What other non-dead female characters are there?
Crestlinger 1st Oct 2017, 2:01 AM edit delete reply
Only other female that comes to mind is the 'lady' Macland was with at Elegance just before he was syringed.

Okay, definitely leave Grizwald alone for now. We don't want to betray his location somehow and get him caught. If he finds out anything good, he might just tell us.

As for how he would find us... Well, he's just. that. good.

Looks like Jury didn't have time to clean Dr. Finch's entire place before her support came in. We'll have to go back to deal with it at one point.
Maybe one of Jane's critters could do it.

Anyway, keep scanning. How's Macland ?

I believe she did say she managed to hide a little of Finch's work, that only most of it was destroyed.
