There's more painkillers; you dump the contents of the bottle into your current bottle, so you have a full bottle of painkillers. There's some basic medical supplies--cloth adhesive, tweezers and such--which you also add. You'd say you have about 1/3rd of what you need to properly take care of Michelle. There might be more in the operating room.
There's a couple of books here, too, but neither of them look very interesting--one is about debunking supernatural phenomena, and the other is about the economy.
You climb into the sideways vent, popping out on the other side of the meat wall. The hands continue trying to reach for you, but their range has not improved since the last time you saw them.
Perhaps invest in some handwear or have your bloody bandages touch the bodies, too, so you don't get the not-so-dreaded rickets.
