You blood some bandages, then poke the slime.

Nothing happens.

You start slipping your future dollar into it. Its surface is not very resistant, and it doesn't seem to negatively affect the dollar at all.

You take a small vial from your first aid kit, and scoop out a slime sample. The slime sort of... fills itself back in where the sample was taken from it.

You use your bandages to grab the small crate at the top of the stack. You bring it down to where you can see it. It's nailed shut, but the wood is very old--it takes some work, but you manage to get it open.

Inside the box are several wooden stakes, a small glass container half filled with salt, a cross necklace, a vial of what appears to be water(?), and the dried, dead remains of some kind of herb or plant. There's a faint smell from the box, like... rotten garlic, maybe. One of the wooden stakes is broken in half.

Anti-Vampire Kit, fun.

... Wait. Confirmed vampires in this world? O_o

Well, we should certainly be wary of any boxes of earth we might come across from here on out.

Have The Finch analyze the slime sample. Mark the box as "For Vampires". We should open Tesla's canister sometime soon, and give her hugs.

Looks like vampires are real, oh joy.

I wonder if this was some Zone 50 employee's April Fools prank many years ago, and it got mistakenly filed with the actual stuff :P Or, the alternative is there are vampires, because of course there are.

Luckily, holy water doesn't have an expiration date (I looked it up) so that's good at least XD

EDIT: If we *do* expect to go up against any vampires, we should probably supplement our anti-vampire kit with some more ancient vampire deterrents-- a bag of rice or beans (to distract the vampire, who has an irresistible urge to count them) and a net (because vampires also have an irresistible urge to untie knots, because apparently vampirism is synonymous with OCD).

Well, that's uh. Interesting.

Not interesting enough to immediately poke and prod at it, mind you. We've got some more boxes to crack open, and there aren't many pressing questions I have about the vampire killing kit right now.

Let's try that thin lighter colored box?
Cruentum 3rd Apr 2018, 9:45 PM edit delete reply
Yeah, that light box next.

I mean... okay... but granted, magic is real.

Maybe the whole warehouse was the SCP thing instead of the individual boxes, like, random stuff just appears there like this and know one knows where i comes from because secrets.

Good theory, but... explain the door. Unless they put it there, in a box, that was a warehouse
