Fuse texts you what should be the address of the library.

The problem is that none of you have any idea how to navigate Southden, so it takes a little bit of driving around to get acclimated. You have a moment of concern, as you don't see many people as you enter Southden... but as you move further into the city, you see crowds wandering about, vehicles of different styles, and even aircraft overhead. Caius does his best to stay off the main roads and highways, and steer clear of any local law enforcement. Your motorcycle isn't properly tagged for this area, so even one stop could turn into a police chase.

Slowly, you start to figure out the infrastructure of the city. It isn't a tiered city like yours; rather, a significant portion of the city is built out over the water on reinforced docks. The nicer residential parts of the city are contained in big, semi-transparent domes--which have cleaner air inside, you suspect. The houses surrounding those glass domes are still pretty nice... and as one goes further out from the domes, the neighborhoods begin to look more slummy. Still, even the residences near the outskirts of the city, furthest from the domes, don't look quite as deteriorated as the lower tiers back home do. The city's in decent condition, though it is as Dr. Finch suggested--the glass domes create a clear barrier between the rich and the poor. The entrances you spot to the domes are gated, with guards examining IDs and searching vehicles on the way in. It's not better... just different.

On the flip side, you also see various entrances to the city's underground. Based on advertisements and posters you notice as you travel, you deduce that the sub level is mostly businesses--you see ads for arcades, pubs, shopping malls and such with sub level addresses.

As you, Caius, and Dr. Finch begin to work out the city's address system and how its streets are weaved together, you all begin to reach the same very awful conclusion: the address of the library where Geoangular Control is kept is in one of the city's protected domes.

Dome? More like DOOM!

But anyway, we are in precisely zero hurry to get that book. We could always leave and return later (at night) or look into getting proper papers either legal or forged. We don't have to do anything drastic or crazy for now.

That said, we should look for a tourist building/booth. It wouldn't hurt to get more general information about locations and the accessibility of tourists.

Once we're done gathering info, we should check on Michelle and Fuse and see how they're fairing. Worse comes to worse today can be a breather day and we can either spend it looking through Ilworth, working on the P-J's big list, or just chilling.

One possibility is we may be able to find stuff in Ilworth to help us either blend in or else get past security without making a scene.

Even if we decide to pull out, we still learned a ton about Southden. Lots.
Before we do pull out, let's examine the underground some- And NOT BUY ANYTHING. They probably don't use our funny pseudo-American moneys, and the fact that we didn't exchange it for pseudo-European moneys at customs or whatever would give us away as 'worth taking a picture of to submit to the police'.

Oh, they've probably already got plenty of pictures of us. We know which country this is, there's cameras everywhere there's roads (and a few places there aren't).

I hope Gaius and Finch's helmets are sufficiently face-obscuring.

How many guards to a single gate?
