You hash out the plan with everyone, including Caius and Fuse.

Fuse will blindfold Zene, and bring him into Bunker A. Fuse will work on the bunker's security system, and Caius will spend the day recovering. You, Michelle, and Dr. Finch will run around town, picking up parts for the space suits and looking for a good cybernetics dealer.

You ask Zene about the places his parents work at. You get the addresses, and send one raven toward the church Zene's mom works for, and another raven after the fast food place Zene's dad works for. It may take a while for the ravens to arrive.

This still leaves one raven at Rockwell Arcade.

Caius comes back in and drops off Michelle's jacket. Fuse arrives shortly after, taking the blindfold off of Zene.

You introduce yourself to Zene.

"We're, uhhh... probably going to need to smoke some level before we show him the lab," Fuse suggests. "Since... you know. Red."

"Red...?," Zene asks.

"Oh, yeah," Caius chuckles dryly as he emerges from the barracks area. "We're gonna have a fun time explainin' that one."

"He... they? They take some getting used to," Fuse says.

"Hell, I still ain't used to it," Caius replies.

You, Michelle, and Dr. Finch head out into the city. You decide to focus on the middle tiers, in particular, in searching for cybernetics.

While you're out, you call Shirai. You ask her about the Dicers living out of her properties.

"Not my place to know," Gesenai replies. "I was told which locations needed to be cleared out, but not always what for. Some properties were turned into churches or shelters under the Enyo banner, I believe, but many of my buildings in the lower tiers I was kept in the dark about. I was told it would be too risky if everyone knew everything. I could make a few phone calls, see what I can dig up... but I don't know how eager people will be to answer my questions. I'm sure by now Thale knows to keep me out of the loop, even more than I already was."

Hmmm, Zene, Fuse and Caius, have a fun, level party, ya hear? XD while boosting up defenses, of course.

In the meantime... shoulda known Shirai would not be in the loop, so to speak. She probably shouldn't pry too hard or else that's just gonna alert Thale. Might be best just to leave it in that case, if she didn't know to begin with... though if she's confident she won't raise suspicions, she could try to at least find us one tip. Given her past record though I do not put too much trust in her ability to be subtle XD;;; so maybe it's too risky after all. Well, she could at least tell us which buildings she absolutely doesn't know about, I suppose; that might ironically give us our first clue.

Let's maybe go pick up some space suit materials and as we do, perhaps ask shopowners if they know any decent cybernetics dealers if we don't already have any ideas in mind? ._.?

If this is going to be an all-day ordeal, we should definitely pick up food on the way back (lunch or dinner).

I guess just let events unfold. We need to find out what the ravens find out when they get to their locations; see what we manage to scrummage up for spacesuit parts and cybernetics; and maybe check in on Macland and back at the base every-so-often.

It might be a good idea to stock up on disguise-type clothes as well: hoodies, do-rags, wigs, etc., so that when we go confront Zene's dad, on the off chance he (or anyone else there) is queened, we aren't as likely to set off any recognition alarms.
Is there a way to detect, when injecting someone, whether or not they were queened? After all, the blood actively destroys the fake blood. It might be worth monitoring the process this time; especially because if we're able to verify that the dad wasn't infected, then he'd be able to approach the mom risk-free and either take her into custody or give her a shot.

If we get a hoodie for Jane I'd like to propose it be a cat hoodie. (=^x^=)

Stocking up on disguise clothes is a good idea, but I think we should lay low for a while and take care of things, before we think of helping Zene's parents.

Blue_Elite, No we save that just encase cat people exist in this universe and we blood one. :P
