You check on Fuse, and update him on what all he missed.

"Damn," he says. "That's... pretty rough. I've been trying to keep up with the news on the missing inmates. Lydia was right--they're keeping the lid on this one pretty tight. Nobody wants to talk, nobody wants to give names, nobody's sure how it happened. Most of the guys at Wayhaven were in for small stuff... I mean, the crimes were big, but they weren't like murderers or anything. Wayhaven's mostly fraudsters, launderers, racketeers... I guess they were keeping Howler there on the cybercrime charges. The hacking was a given, trying to get him for like... murder, or property damage or whatever might be a gamble. I'm not a lawyer, though."

Michelle speaks up. "There's s'posed to be, like, three or four guys missin' though... right?"

"Yeah," Fuse says. "Probably four, but I've seen some reports putting it as high as five inmates. There was no big prison break or anything... if the inmates weren't just moved to the wrong prison or something, then they were slipped out quietly, which makes me think Thale or Carpenter's gotta be involved. You don't just walk four guys out of prison without having some serious control of the guards... and if Thale's involved, it's gotta be Howler they were after. It would explain why Wayhaven's keeping so quiet about it, too. Some rando white collar criminals slipping out wouldn't be a big deal... but the guy behind the Tobu hack? That's news."

"Maybe tha other guys that got taken with 'em are just a distraction," Caius offers. "Y'know, like a... uh..."

"A smokescreen," Michelle finishes. "Make it seem like a legit break out, and not like somebody just kidnapped Howler Ferrings."

"Maybe," Fuse says. "But if I were to pull a job like that, I'd make it a big break out... not just four guys disappearing overnight."

Dr. Finch hmms for a moment. "If... if Howler was being kept there... it stands to reason that other cybercriminals would be kept there as well, yes? Yes. The other inmates that slipped out with him may be hackers, as well."

"Oh... oh, hell no," Michelle interjects. "You think they're gonna pull some more Tobu shit?"

"They're planning something," Fuse states. "There's no way they ripped Howler out of his cell as a favor, and using him as leverage against us would be dumb. We were friends as kids and all, but I'm not diving past enemy lines to rescue his ass. The only reason I could see them wanting him... is as a hacker. Maybe he recruited those other dudes to do the same."

You, Fuse, and Dr. Finch spend some time working on the space suits. You now have one fully functioning space suit.

Go outside and just look at the stars in the space suit. Just once. Maybe also talk with our red.

Something awful comes our way~ nothing new there!

A fully functioning spacesuit... I guess we can give plant-man a proper outerspace burial or something now. Maybe. Assuming that what's outside the airlock is safe enough space to try it.

I feel like enough time must have passed now for us to check in on the progress on Jury, and also Macland/Shirai. Otherwise, 'shroomie bust' seems like something to start looking into sooner rather than later; whatever they're planning can't be good, so striking them where it hurts (i.e. StQ production at its source) would be a good blow to serve.

Okay how about we DON'T bury this guy on mars, because his Fake Mars Blood might mix with the Real Mars Blood, causing a LASKER SITUATION AND THAT'S NO GOOD

Just, please.. Get Fuse to burn him up, or toss him into the Error room!

I suppose we could cremate his remains, though we'd have to carry the remains out of the bunker to do it, probably.

I don't think messing with the Error Room is a good idea.

Yeah, the Error room is not a good idea -.-
How about we do a little digging on his family first, maybe find out where they are buried? And then bury him with them. Poor guy ;__;

Aww, that's a sweet thought. I kind of like that. ;v;*

If we're going to cremate the guy, I would suggest using regular matches or a lighter.
Don't need fuse for every fire, y'know?
