You have Edison's canister propped up near the airlock, just in case it does need to be ejected at some point later. You soak your blood into some tape, and use it to help seal the canister's lid--that way, you can check on it from time to time with little difficulty.

You also grab some incomplete space suits from the locker to be worked on back in Bunker A.

Lastly, you have Fuse mess with the door from the outside so you can check on the blood plant. You start to head down the ladder yourself, but Michelle stops you. "I still got the machete," she says, and she heads on down.

"Looks alright to me," she says. "I mean, as alright as this thing gets."

Alright, well, looks like everything is in order then.

We could try getting a jump-start on asking mom's Red about helping Macland/dealing with the memetic defense; though without the medical file we might not be able to get far.
Otherwise we could busy ourselves with hole-checking the incomplete space suits until Dr. Finch and Caius get back. Doesn't require a whole lot of technical know-how to do that.

Other-otherwise check on Dr. Finch and Caius to see how they're doing.

Sounds reasonable to me. Maybe check in on the school with our eyeball?

maybe putting a blood alarm to warn you when that canister starts moving isn't a bad idea

Agreed. We won't die within the next 24 hours if Edison escapes. We will if Macland does though. :|

Have we actually physically gone down there yet? The consistent sudden reason for us to not go down there is getting weird.

I think we should send a team into that room. I agree with the plant, but it doesn’t have any senses...
How about a rat? That has worked in the past, or we could possibly use a spider, as suggested earlier.
Edit: Also, i think we should ask red about bunker C, and the “voice” Michelle heard.

Didn't we build a camera bandage bot to check in here? Also, is our clunky old bio-printer good enough to make new eyeballs - because a dozen hovering eyes would be a hell of a look!

Priorities. We've gotta get Macland "cured". Then we can investigate the plant room (which is specifically why we bought the camera setup in the first place).

Not a priority, obvs, given we have a literal deadline, but we should pop out and buy a bathtub. Submerging the canister in water adds an extra layer of defence.

Agreed, great idea. Forgot about the bot -.-
The bio printer would take awhile though. Maybe have the stuff printing while we go talk to Mom’s red for bit?

Edit: Can our Red talk to Mom’s Red? Hmm... Maybe useful, to share ideas/plans ect.

Until our Red is externalized, it can't talk to mom's Red anymore than we can. Granted, we know there is a way to "blood talk" but that our human form doesn't work well with it. Maybe if we learned it like a new language...
